I strongly recommend Variant Construction based on the site preparation and post concrete foundation backfill/soil grading work they did for my new house build project.  Adam and team went above and beyond expectations to complete the work required on a very tight schedule timeline.   The professionalism they demonstrated in the quality of the work and attention to detail was apparent and appreciated. Adam completed and coordinated the excavation, concrete, drainage, and backfill for the foundation on our shop/apartment. Adam was a professional through the entirety of the project. His work was great quality, clearly communicated process and schedule, coordinated a quick turnaround. Adam was amazing to work with. His bid was reasonable and the quality of work he put in was amazing! After completing the job we hired him for, Adam went above and beyond to fix our drive way, and lawn. We watched him using his excavator and man, this guy knows what he’s doing. Terrific communication, all questions were addressed completely. Entire crew was pleasant, showed great attention to detail,  left the jobsite neat and clean at the end of each work day and at the end of the project. We had a leak in our waterline under our driveway for some time. Had difficulty finding someone to repair it, but one we found Variant Construction the leak was fixed within a week of initial quote. I feel extremely lucky to have gotten Variant's contact from a neighbor.  My water main sprung a leak and when I contacted Adam at Variant, he was able to come out same day!  He knew exactly how to evaluate my system and was able to locate and splice my leak instead of needing to run a whole new line from street to house. Adam and the team at Variant Construction did a fantastic job installing a new patio in our backyard. He responded quickly to request for a quote and upon acceptance they were able to quickly work us into their schedule. Everyone on the crew was considerate during the day and cleaned up at night. What was especially nice is that they considered our dog, despite having to remove our fence to get equipment through every night they set up a barrier so she could go outside.
